Future 4 Kidz was set up by young people for young people who for many reasons feel excluded from society in general. Many of these young people need additional support to learn work and social skills so that they can move on to earning a living, become independent and are valued members of their local community.

Future 4 Kidz aims to work with these young people to adapt ‘life choices’ to their individual needs. Many of our young people have suffered abuse of various kinds, have behavioural or psychological disorders, and live in poverty, situations of deprivation or suffering through distress and neglect.

We offer practical support initially breaking through the emotional, social and emotional barriers and guiding them towards achieving qualifications through practical work experience and hopefully into employment.

Future 4 Kidz provides routes for young people to achieve their aspirations in order to succeed. Our ethos is to offer an environment that is ‘firm but fair’.  In simple terms, Future 4 Kidz is about investing in young people because:

• They are our future
• We can help turn damaged young people into proud adults
• We can teach them respect so they respect others and themselves
• We can give them hope and encouragement they need to achieve their goal

Food Bank

In order to support our young people and their families in times of crisis KWS has registered as food bank referral agents in the towns appropriate to meet the needs of our families. This provides us with the resources to refer a family in need to receive food parcels in a timely manner In Bedford, St Neots, Milton Keynes and Luton
